Lion Whisperer
Genetic mutations
This little guy is going to grow up to be one bad ass ninja...he will be able to throw ninja stars, while nunchunking (spelling?) your ass, and if thats not enough dont forget about the Samurai swords his third arm is holding!!
I am not sure what is more strange in this picture...the actual "frog child" or the fact that the creepy dude is carrying him around in a bowl. But this thing will haunt my dreams for atleast 6 years. In 2006, this bizarre-looking baby was born in Charikot, the headquarters of Dolakha district, attracting a huge number of onlookers to witness the astonishing sight. The bizarre baby died after half an hour of its birth, Suntali, the mother, informed. It was taken to the hospital after its death. The news about such a baby being brought to the hospital spread like wildfire and there were hundreds gathered at the hospital to have a look. The police had to be deployed to control the crowd.
So Tight!
This concept phone here is called a Linc, and while it looks and does everything like an iPhone, that’s not what makes it cool. What makes it stand out is that device already has its life planned out for it. Basically you lease the Linc for about a year until they send you a new one with all the fancy upgrades that usually come along a year later. You then sync all of the data from your existing phone to the new one, then ship your old one away to be recycled. Their idea is that older Linc’s could be disassembled Johnny 5 style and the materials could be re-used for future versions of the phone.
I personally think this could work simply because they make it look so easy to do. I mean, they would send you the cool new phone that makes your out-dated phone look antiquated! And getting your existing info onto your new phone would be a breeze as well. One thing they would definitely need to include is a system that wipes all the info off of your phone, I know I wouldn’t want someone getting my phone numbers off my old phone. It would be cool if Apple could implement some sort of program like this, thought I’m not quite sure how well it would go over with people.
Would you pay a monthly leasing fee instead of one big sum to be up-to-date with the coolest phone and help the environment?

iPhone killer?
Over at Engadget Mobile, they’ve gotten their hands on one of the future Blackberries… the elusive 9000! Which looks like a blackberry that got with an iphone and a PSP… this chimera has the body of the iPhone, the glossy ui of the PSP, and the brain of a Blackberry… with a very impressive result that makes me slightly sad when i look at my new curve now.
Basically the exterior design seems very iphone like with its sleek black face and chromed out edge… and the simple white on black icons (down to the style) and the way they glow is much like those sexy infographics seen on the PSP and PS3… does that wavy wallpaper seem very sony/apple as well? See some of the images of the slick UI after the jump, as well as a video… i can’t wait. i’m drooling already.
Really Excited about this!

My other Car...
The Saleen S5S, developed in partnership between Saleen and specialty builder ASC. The aluminum chassis 2-seater can get from 0-60 in a supercar-standard 3.2 seconds.Powered by a supercharged 5.0L engine and running off E85 ethanol, the S5S Raptor produces 650 hp and 630 lb-ft. of torque, allowing the car to race from 0-60 mph in 3.2 seconds. While the car's design isn't extremely unique, the car does sport some aggressive features, like a large front grille and 20-inch rims. For $185,000, it will hit the production level in 2010. Slap braclets are usually made out of a thin piece of aluminum wrapped in fabric. Chocolate Agency however came up with a mini multimedia device that snaps on with a slap. The entire surface is E-Paper and possesses all its thin, high contrast, power efficient qualities. The length can be adjusted by adding magnetic snaps to the ends. Best part is there's no recharging needed. It gets all the power it needs via kinetic energy.
