HAD to post this!!!!

Barcelona Train Station...BAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!

My Take on Madrid + Some extra Pics/Vids...that made me laugh.

First off it is very evident that Madrid is the capital of Spain and that at one point it was the worlds most powerful and richest city with its amazing architecture, palaces, and museums. It was absolutely gorgeous...every building was so detailed, and grandiose that we never took the metro as we preferred to walk and take in as much of the city as possible. The Retiro Park that i posted before was absolutely amazing by the way!

Sooo...I am not even going to pretend like it was easy getting by with poor Spanish because it wasn't. I really wish i would have taken advantage of all my Spanish classes that i had growing up ( my kids will be forced with the might of my fist to be fluent in at least one language other than English). That being said...we ended up getting by without great Spanish but it was tough.

We were told not to go to the Irish bars in Madrid because they are "so American" however after a long day of speaking broken Spanglish and being misunderstood we found that a little American conversation was a huge relief. Last night we went to a 7 story club called Kapital that was sooooooo sick...check my dance video bellow!

Overall i was very impressed with Madrid as a whole and would definitely return...On to Barcelona!!!!

Cool ass dude Chad we met from Southern Mississippi. Harold and Kumar....passed out hard!!!

Looking good feeling good!

El Retiro Park

El retiro translates to "retreat" and although i am not a park expert i would have to say that this park is among the top parks in the world. Here are some photos/videos:

El Retiro Park cont.

Cayslay in Madrid!

I was at a bar when i looked up and saw my boy cason on TV (he is usually 21...but was rocking 24?). For those that dont know Steve Cason he is a former tribesman who is now playing for the Georgia Force. The Force ended up winning the game 40-29 over the New Orleans VooDoo. Cason was also named Defensive player of the game. Here is the Georgia Force website write up on Stephen: "Force rookie DB Stephen Cason earned Defensive Player of the Game honors after collaring 13 tackles, one tackle for loss and one pass defensed. Cason led a defensive secondary that did not allow a single receiving touchdown by a VooDoo receiver."

The Greatest Flight attendant ever!

I am drunk writing this (4ish in the am Madrid time) sorry for any miss spellings or just bad grammar in general. So there we are (me and Justin) walking onto the plane that was leaving Tampa heading to Philly. There is a Korean flight attendant that says hi…I reply politely as always…hello! Anyway I mumbled unpleasantly that I had a middle seat and this majestic Korean man assured me that I would be ok….in my mind I laughed and called him an idiot! I was wrong!!!! He came to be the greatest flight attended ever and this is why…Justin ordered 2 rum and cokes (delicious) and after being served our delightful drinks comes the Korean man 10 minutes later walking down the aisle with 4 airplane bottles of Bacardi which he sneaked to us! I did several fist pumps and yelled something to the fact of Yipppy yippy hipppa hooopa! Surely I believed he was awesome until while we were walking off the plane he handed us a bag filled with granola bars and 4 free Bacardi airplane bottles…I realized then he was an angel! May god bless this man!!!!!! Here is the pic of the bag!

Pale Blue Dot

Just watch this please...good video.

In 1990, Carl Sagan persuaded NASA to use the Voyager 1 spacecraft to take a photograph of the planet Earth from a distance of 4 billion miles. The result was simply arresting: a portrait of our home as a tiny, fragile speck of blue adrift in an unimaginably vast sea of space. In a commencement address for the public release of the photograph, astronomer Sagan offered these profound words:

Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every 'superstar,' every 'supreme leader,' every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there – on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam.

Didnt want to see this movie...till NOW!

New trailer for Tropic Thunder....looks really funny!

Frog design: Digital Escape!!!

frog Design’s concept facemask would let you escape reality by augmenting or replacing what you see, smell, and hear with sensory inputs of your own choosing.

In a troubling future, these augmented reality devices would offer a new dimension - a virtual layer that could be used to “re-skin” the troubling outside world. A boundary between the wearer and the world around him, the device would become a sort of visual drug, used to make the world appear a better place – even if just for a moment. The device itself acts as a mask between the user and the outside world, expressing the internality of the human-device interaction. It offers a physical distinction between those moving in the real world and those who are “plugged in” to their private dimensions, the world as they wish to see it.
The visual design casts the mask as a lifestyle product of the future, as it plays with a glaring, exaggerated coolness of the wearer. It gives an almost robotic appearance, and suggests a diversion from what we define today as “normal” physical human interaction.

Within the mask, smells, sounds, even air quality would be imitated to create a full sensory experience. The facial expressions of those wearing the device would be detected and projected onto personal avatars visible to others also living behind the shield of the mask.

Greatest song/video EVERRR!

BMW M1 Concept

They couldnt have designed a more perfect car for me! RETRO, AGGRESSIVE, SPORTY, AND YET REFINED! To celebrate it's 30 year anniversary, BMW has redesigned the BMW M1 super car. Originally designed by Paul Bracq and later by famed Italian design house Giugiaro, this BMW M1 Hommage takes a clearly aggressive pose, with retro features mixing it up with very modern elements, from the louvered rear window, to the 80's style badging on the rear and the wheel design.
